1. User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To create a seller profile or publish listings, you must be legally capable of entering a binding contract (typically 18 years or older). You hold sole accountability for all activities executed using your account credentials, passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs).

2. Absolute Prohibition of Illegal or Restricted Goods

Sellers are explicitly barred from advertising or selling items that break local laws. Prohibited items universally include narcotics, firearms/explosives, stolen property, human organs, child pornography, and endangered wildlife parts.

3. Verification of Item Authenticity and Anti-Counterfeiting

You warrant that all goods listed are genuine, lawfully sourced, and safe. Posting replica, fake, or counterfeit products while presenting them as the original brand is a severe violation that results in immediate ad removal.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights Protection

Sellers are legally forbidden from uploading text, logos, or product images that infringe on a third party's copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. You must possess the legal right or license to display the brand imagery you use.

5. Truthful Description and Accuracy Warranty

You must provide completely honest, current, and precise technical specifications. Knowingly misrepresenting an item's condition—such as labeling used items as "Brand New" or hiding defects—is grounds for account suspension.

6. No Off-Platform Redirection (Disintermediation)

Platforms prohibit the publication of ads whose sole intention is to divert users away from the bazar to external websites, or to spam external links (such as personal social media handles or WhatsApp links) in the description field to bypass platform safety.

7. Explicit Price and Stock Commitments

Items must feature their actual, valid selling price. Artificially manipulating or changing the price when contacted by a buyer, or introducing hidden fees not mentioned in the listing, violates marketplace consumer trust policies.

8. Limitation of Platform Liability (As-Is Basis)

The marketplace acts exclusively as an online facilitator, not as an agent or middleman. The T&Cs state that the service is provided on an "As-Is" basis. The platform holds no liability for transaction losses, late deliveries, product quality issues, or personal safety during offline cash exchanges.
 
9. Right to Terminate and Delete Content

The platform reserves the unconditional right to reject, modify, suspend, or permanently delete any listing or user account without prior notice if they suspect fraud, malicious code transmission, automated data scraping, or platform policy abuse.
 
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All marketplace listings, seller behaviors, and transaction disputes are governed strictly by the prevailing digital and commercial laws of the region (such as the Electronic Transactions Act and E-Commerce Act in Nepal). Any escalated legal proceedings must take place within designated local courts.
